By using the AEON GPTO platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and 4CF Group, operator of AEON GPTO.
AEON GPTO provides AI Answer Engine Optimisation tools: brand monitoring across AI language models, Share of Model Response (SMR) measurement, competitive intelligence, content optimisation, and attribution analytics. Feature availability varies by subscription tier.
You must register with accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report unauthorised access immediately to [email protected].
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; reverse-engineer or bulk-scrape the platform; resell access without written consent (except under an Agency plan); interfere with platform integrity; or submit false information.
The SHARP framework, AEON Index methodology, dashboard UI, and all platform algorithms are the property of 4CF Group. You retain ownership of all data you submit ("Customer Data") and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.
Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use and is incorporated into these Terms. A GDPR Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SMR and SHARP scores are best-effort estimates and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4CF Group's total liability for any claims shall not exceed amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time via account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
