1. Service Description
AEON GPTO is an AI Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) platform that monitors brand mentions across AI language models and provides analytics, recommendations, and reporting to help businesses improve their visibility in AI-generated responses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your company to these Terms. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].
- One account per person or organisation. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Plans: Signal ($49/month), Growth ($299/month), Enterprise (custom). Annual plans available at a discount.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
- Free Trial: 14-day free trial available on Signal and Growth plans. No charge until trial ends.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account settings. No refunds for partial months.
- Price Changes: We will provide 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.
- Taxes: Prices exclude VAT/GST where applicable. Korean customers may be subject to 부가가치세 (VAT).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to monitor brands or entities you do not have authorisation to represent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without a written Agency agreement with us.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the Service.
Reports and analytics generated by the Service may be used for your internal business purposes. You may not resell reports without an Agency agreement.
7. Third-Party AI Engines
The Service queries third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, and others). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of responses from these platforms. Results may vary as AI models are updated. We make no guarantee that monitoring will cause any particular outcome in AI-generated responses.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then deleted per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting the revised version on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
